A 2 floors Colonial house, on the bank of Lago Maggiore; it’s got 2 bedrooms with 5 sleeps, a large bathroom with bath and shower on the 1st floor, a kitchen and a dining room on the ground floor. Rooms and dining-room have independent entrances.
A private park of about 400 sqm descends upon the lake with direct access to it. Large private parking. The park and the direct access to the lake make the B&B particularly suitable for families with little children, whoever loves fishing (possibility of a fortnight fishing license) or just wants to relax in the green of the park and bath into the lake.
Situated on the north border of the Parco del Ticino “Ca’ del Rafael” is the ideal starting point for visiting both the banks of Lago Maggiore, full of beautiful landscapes and rich of history and culture (we recommend a visit to the fascinating monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso); the lovers of cycling can enjoy the cycling track Sesto Calende-Turbigo which runs into the Parco del Ticino for 60 km; the youngest can visit and amuse the nearby ZooSafari in Varallo Pombia.
